Fleche facilitates workshops and small group opportunities that are designed to teach and practice mind body skills that are proven to help heal trauma and develop resilience.
In this small group series, you will learn ways to connect with your body, settle the fight, flight, or freeze stress response, and awaken the healer within you.
Using curriculum designed by Dr. James Gordon at the Center for Mind Body Medicine, this program empowers participants with evidence-based techniques that can lower levels of stress, improve mood, enhance resiliency, and help relieve or prevent chronic health conditions.

Over the course of eight weeks, small groups will meet in person or via Zoom to learn, practice, and share experiences with simple techniques that can be integrated into daily living including:
Nervous system regulation
Mindful breathing
Meditation techniques
Biofeedback
Guided imagery
Mindful eating

Participants should be willing to share personally and listen to others share.
